$webwork.htmlEncode($page.space.name) : Enabling Remote APIs

Confluence provides XML-RPC and SOAP remote APIs. A site administrator will need to enable the APIs from the Administration Console before you can access Confluence remotely.

To enable the Remote API,

Go to the 'Administration Console' and click on 'General Configuration' in the left panel.
Click 'Edit' at the bottom of the 'Options and Settings' screen.
Select 'On' beside 'Remote API'.
'Save' your changes.
